Mould Design

We have experience on NNPB&PB&BB mould design and mould manufacture. Currently we are using AUTOCAD2020 for 2D drawing design and UG&ProE for 3d model design.

We can provide necessary supporting on following items:

 Design mould drawing for customer free of charge;

 Try run NNPB process in customer’s factory if customer require;

 Provide training on mould repair and maintenance;

 Produce NNPB Plunger with Tungsten Carbide, Dameron plunger, Dameron guidering & baffle upon requirement;
Provide new bottle design which is custermized;
We comply technical documentation confidentiality agreement
